The DCBS offices in several counties are working in conjunction with several county governments and local law enforcement, as well as local attorneys and the county attorney's offices to commit provable illegal acts. These acts are violating the civil rights of former abuse victims and the children of those victims. It is causing the safety and well being of defenseless children to be compromised by the agencies of public servants that are supposed to afford fair treatment and constitutional due process in law, as WELL as basic safety of children these victims are trying to protect. Instead, these children and the victims are being handed over to the abusers. There is a very corrupt reason for this, it always comes down to money. Our children are not weapons, and money isn't as important as a life!!!! New laws and regulations need to be put into place to prevent these things. Families, children and lives are being destroyed. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

I want to call for Nichole's Law. Nichole Merrell, and many other people have sought positive change for their lives and have gotten hurt by corruption and being ignored by the system. In Nichole's case, she ended up dead and her daughter shot in a gas station parking lot because there was no one with in our community that could help. 

If a abuser files for divorce, and they use DCBS and the legal system to retaliate, the victim should have an automatic right to safety from the agencies that have the authority to protect them. Instead, there are corrupt individuals and agencies that think it is better to hand the children to the abuser. There needs to be OVERSIGHT in this that preserves the SAFETY and WELL BEING of abuse victims and their children in these cases, instead there is only money. CPS takes the kids because of false allegations because the agencies get funds from the state as a reward, and the abuser's egregious acts are IGNORED by every agency involved. Civil rights of victims are being over run. Children are being taken by DBCS and it is ignored by the county agencies as a whole. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
