Hallo

Would like to raise a complain regarding the German Embassy in Nairobi mistreating Kenyans and the visa officers being rude towards Kenyan Nationals.

At time kenyans are complaining regarding mistreatment and at time open racism towards kenyans.

The Embassy will take up to 1 year just to do verification of simple documents.they never answer calls or emails making life really difficult for people waiting for the documents.

I would like to see them change and treat people with dignity.They need to make the process of verification simple and quick.
