Liberty Utilities has gotten out of control. Their price increases have people scrambling just to keep the lights on. Estimating usage over a six month or more period. Consumer bills have doubled if not tripled in the last 18 months. They are price gouging and practicing unfair treatment of the consumer in Missouri and Kansas. It’s time that they are investigated. This petition will help legislators become aware of what is going on in our communities. The hope is to bring a class action lawsuit against Liberty Utilities for unfair practices against our communities.
