Myself and several other concerned members of the community are petitioning to get Wagtimes Puppy Mill in Hannibal MO shut down. Year after year they receive countless violations. Year after year they make the “Horrible Hundred” for Puppy Mills in the United States. Year after year INNOCENT animals are suffering and dying. The owners, Jerry and Linda Gottman, were even charged with animal abuse 30 years ago! They’ve lost their license and managed to reopen under another name. Neighbors have begged and pleaded for several years for the police or sheriffs department to help and although they go there all the time for complaints ultimately we’ve been told the state needs to shut them down and come rescue all these dogs. I’ve personally gone to the location and done a LIVE video twice to show people the condition these dogs are living in. It’s absolutely heartbreaking and unacceptable. We must be their voice. We are meant to share the planet with animals and love all of Gods creatures. Can you imagine being chained up all day, tortured, no food, no water, some not even seeing day light? Too many dogs have already died...too many dogs are suffering as you sit here and read this...when is enough enough? Please help us. We ask that you have all of these dogs rescued and their puppy mill PERMANENTLY shut down. Thank you on behalf of myself and all the concerned citizens of Hannibal MO!
