"On the grounds of socio economic backwardness Boya Valmikis will be recognised as ST in Telangana with the help of BC Commission like Tamilnadu the act will be passed and will fight for the ST, Minority reservations at Delhi on Central Government to mention in 9th Schedule" said CM KCR in Telangana Legislative Council on March 15th, 2017.
