Mission Bay’s boardwalk should allow dog owners to walk their dogs on leash 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. First and foremost the boardwalk for safety is the most important factor. Most of the surrounding areas around Mission Bay neighborhoods have unstable, uneven sidewalks and are unsafe to walk dogs. The boardwalk on Mission Bay is much safer. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to lift the ban of limited hours for dogs on Mission Bay.
