Ban CryptoCurrencies in India - Forever.

Ban CryptoCurrencies in India - Forever.

The Issue

How many years has it been since the first Independence day of India?

75 Years (August 15th 2021) and 1 USA Dollar is hovering around 76 Rupees at the time of filing this petition. 75 years ago the USA Dollar was equal in terms of valuation with the Indian Rupee. The Government of India's (GoI) decision to crackdown on financial fraud and terming the bad loans as Non-Performing Assets (NPA) are helping the country to an extent where the NPA's are declining over the years. This would mean the economy is back on track and India is marching ahead towards being a developed nation.

Tagging the PAN (Permanent Account Number) card and Aadhaar to every bank account was a well driven initiative of GoI as monitoring financial fraud was necessary in India. UPI (United Payments Interface) was another technological advancement of India and the sheer power of UPI was witnessed during Covid-19. Cash less economy has driven the people of India towards digitalization and UPI ensured all transactions within India are being closely monitored. All said and done the financial control lies with the banks.

Came in CryptoCurrencies, the World has never been the same again. The individuals, companies and countries that support, transact and control (money, resources and privileges) through CryptoCurrencies are people who have taken unlimited benefits from India and will continue to do so even after multiple initiatives from GoI. CryptoCurrency mining is a false propoganda that is misleading many nations till date.

illegal Benefits of Cryptos:

   Temp Storage of Money

   No financial monitoring

   24 Hours illegal transactions benefit

Exchange Rate of Currencies do not matter

Consider this: Most of the developed nations have already been tracking the movement of resources through their financial systems even after thier resources are transacted through Free Trade Agreements. UPI's being a step ahead in the right direction but a nail in the coffin will be to track all exports and imports of India to perfection.

There has to be a benefit of 1.1 Billion Indians standing in queues during India's Demonetization of 2016.

August 15th 2022 - Entering into the 76 years of our independence and I would want your support to sign the petiiton that would entail every citizen of India to realize a dream:

                                     DEVELOPED NATION - INDIA.

BAN CRYPTO MAFIA - FOREVER

Create a system to track all foreign transactions as there is already one tracking internal India's banking transactions.
