Record manipulation, No Record Of Review Hearing

Hello everyone. I wanted to provide an update about my hearing that occurred on July 10th.

Our hearing was scheduled for 8:30 in the morning, and while custody was addressed.

In my papers requested  I requested a review of MC and of how our case has been processed.  

Minors Counsel had threatened my son and that the court has systemically erased Domestic Violence while turning the case into entirely into enforcements against myself and my son.

On the day of the hearing, several things happened and I now believe they were all strategic legal gamesmanship on the part of Judge George Bird.

We were set for 0830 in the morning with a dozen court watchers, and I was not allowed to present my case until 1:30.  The reason I have invited Court Watchers is because the records are not reflecting what is happening in Court. And that has been going on for a few years now, on our case. 

There was strategic thwarting of exposure of the trial:   By the time afternoon, 70% of the watchers were quietly removed, there was also no court reporter, They recorded the hearing, but I still cannot obtain transcripts from Judge Birds previously recorded hearings from a year ago. 

Judge Bird split it up into 2 separate hearings, because I think thats how he tried keeping the issues about MC narrow.  But really in the second hearing the issue abut MC became relevant, but the first hearing had already happened.

There is only one order, which Judge Bird and MC authored.

It is as if the hearing on Ms Bennett did not happen at all.

Then the entire "review hearing" about Minors Counsel was omiteed fromt eh orders, as if it did not occur

Imagine a nurse shredding an incident report which documents bad behavior, then filing more reports over it, which focus the issues on something else.  As if the original incident never existed. What incident report?

What review hearing on Minors Counsel? That never occurred according to the record. 

Thats been the pattern with both Judge Bird and Ms.  Bennett. 

We are back at square one.  The way they have documented it, they have removed all boundaries and protection (again) that were discussed and put in place.  All of them. 

Even the "Case Closed" was removed.  

Everything that was discussed at the hearing, completely erased from the record.

This is the Legal Gamesmanship that I have been experiencing with Family Court.   It is a system that cannot be relied upon for the truth.   I know it sounds crazy, but it actually is very normal because there is no oversight. Which is exactly why this petition exists. 

Basically, other than this Petition, and the Court Watchers present, there is no record of a hearing conducted on Review of Minors Counsel Stefanie Bennett.
