Charges in terror attack on BLM - assault and rioting

Four men were charged in the white supremacist attack on Black Lives Matter in which five black men where shot. The charges seem tame considering the crime, and the prosecutor called the defendants "sick." But that's a cop-out. This behavior can't be blamed on mental illness.
