MACC is killing healthy cats and dogs because as they say, "We don't have time to work with rescues."  To date, there are several animals who have been killed when a rescue was available and an offer to adopt was in place. The petition photos are innocent animals  who had a rescue lined up but they were killed instead. We see no logical reason why they would do this other then they simply don't care about animals.  This looks very bad in the eyes of Minnesota animal lovers. City Council, you have the power to stop this! Please sign this petition and help us stop this madness now.
