Uber should have 24X7 Toll Free Customer Care Number in India for immediate Solutions

The Issue

Now a days Uber Taxi Services has become very important part of life for commuting, consider for Office goers, Students, Tourists everyone.

But if it does not work to book a cab may be for following reasons - 

1. No Internet Connectivity on your phone

2. People do not use Android or IOS Mobile 

3. Senior Citizens who can communicate by talking but cannot use App

4 Commuter who is unable to pay through Digital Mode (Paytm, Cards) from his mobile despite of having funds availability and do not have sufficient cash, which Uber App has shown for his Trip

5. Most Important if Cab Driver is misbehaving with female commuter or she is scared when she notices that all fellow passengers in Pool are known persons of Cab Driver (Though Probability is very less but it is not impossible)

In all such above condition anyone will desperately need to talk to someone, who can understand their problem, can listen to their grievance, can help them with solution like booking Cab for them, can help them process their payment through IVR payment solutions, or in 5th Point can immediately inform Cab location to Police Authorities for enabling them to go for rescue of female commuter. 

Presently Commuter is solely dependent and completely on disposal of Uber Servers right from booking Cabs to raising complaint. 

Uber should have 24X7 Toll Free Customer Care Number and quick responsive Email Service. Uber should also declare on their website about its Key Persons in India, with their Email Addresses and Contact Numbers.

Uber should do the business in India considering that Human runs the technology systems but Technology should not run Human without any humanitarian or emotional support.
