In our country though there is some awareness about air pollution but noise pollution is totally ignored except some silence zone. Politically motivated drama against noise pollution from mosque and temple is on debate everywhere,but vehicular noise is totally ignored.Neither any awareness campaign lunched to educate users nor any serious legal offence​ is imposed for violating the rules.During my stay in African country I have seen the cociousness in vehicle users.They don't press their horn except in some unavoidable circumstances​.In my openion pressing horn or loud silencer bikes are a matter of vanity.This is a mental state that "I am special and I should be given priority through the whole length of road".So this mindset needs to be changed through awareness and campaign like "Swachh Bharat Abhyan". Ministry should enforce the law strictly and monitor them along with awareness program, campaign​ etc.
