We are creating this petition to attract the view of our honourable law minister sir Ravishankar prasad,law ministry and our pm sir Narendra Modi towards growing incidents of mob lynching ... Sir we people from minority and dalit section are scared as we are the direct target of violent mobs...sir with due respect I urge you all to form a strict law against mob lynching...sir we have few clauses which we request  you to take a  look

1. Make mob lynching non bailable offence
2. To suspend the.police officer in charge with immediate affect
3. To sentence the accused to life time imprisonment and in special cases death sentence
4.  compensation should be given to the victims by state government
5. Witnesses should be given police security
