There is no need to separaetly emphasize how Sanskrit is important for India. We have many literatures, scholars and institutions who can give us the importance of Sanskrit. So the basic question arises why there is no dedicated Sanskrit TV channel in India.

We have many Sanskrit learners who are learning Sanskrit from various different channels. But we need one common source where we can get various kind of information in Sanskrit and it cannot be better than a TV channel.

We have TV channels for all regional languages, also some of the foreign languages. But we don't have a channel for the language which is a mother of all regional languages.
