Canada is one of the few developed countries that has fair and very attractive Immigration policy and system. Canadian Government during the past years have put effective efforts and measure to settle refugees and do family reunification.

Since 2017 there have been consecutive delays or refusals in PSR Sponsorships. Usually, the respected Immigration Officers/Officials are not giving clear directions or instructions of the Refusal reasons. 

In early 2019, North-Am Organization has been reached out by the community family members to seek help/assistance in sponsoring their loved ones to migrate to Canada. These families have been persecuted in their country of origin. Due to that, they have left their home country and are holding either UNHCR Certificate or RSD issued by the government of that particular country. 

Even though having those RSD/Certificate documents, our Organization has experienced unfair refusals by the Immigration Officers that caused these refugees to suffer and further delays in their applications. 

We resubmitted the applications however, it's been delayed, and we have fear of refusals again. Recently, our applications have been refused. The reason was very unfair. We have met all the requirements of the sponsorship, however, the application was refused. These refugees are really suffering. We are just helping them to unite with their loved ones here in Canada.
