This Petitioner, A victim of Bullying and Stalking for many years has come forward asking for justice, respect, kindness to her and many others who have or still is a Victim to Bullying and Stalking. The Gangsters (Bullying Gang) has been gradually roping every other person from her contact list. It all started a few years back with stalking and creating situations in life that lead her to be less self-confident about herself. From a long time, She has been thinking that the Stalker was creating a fabricated environment to challenge her and enhancing her self-worth, to achieve success in the various endeavours that She was in. Multiple times that She shared her thoughts on knowing the stalker was put down and no one responded to the truth, even though various occasions they did share instances where the clue she received through them, which made her think of her thoughts as real. There were no direct clues, She took all this blindly as She was in love with the stalker and waited for him to reveal his identity himself. A couple of unknown events which happened, winning a legal case with her builder, receiving funds from a source without supporting reason, change in script on Media coverage, she attributed to the Stalker.

Lately 2 years, the clues became stronger and stronger and her close connections being influenced to impose hardships on her, make her feel alone, make her underestimate her abilities and her skills. There were bullies all over the place such that her needs were suppressed, ignored, crushed cruelly. Bullying every single event, instance, minute anywhere and everywhere She goes. Friends, Family members, Relatives, Clients, Prospects, Interviewers, Office staff, lawyers, residents of the apartment complex she lives, Counsellors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Doctors who treated her for Parkinson’s, Close Buddies, IIMB Orators Speakers Club, Even Shopkeepers where she bought her daily grocery and essentials were roped in. She still went and believed that everyone was supporting her for her own good. All of them were her dear and near ones who were supporting her to build herself into a person with high self-esteem.

Everywhere she went, limits of her patience, perseverance, strength, positivity were tested and still being tested. Every interview that she attended were tracked. Her work life was also influenced and few people in the organization masked themselves from the Gangers group would act as a secret agent to collect her information and bully her, such that she was left to quit jobs. She was misguided to meet a psychiatrist and asked to take medicines for psychosis, to defy her thoughts about the involvement of the stalker and the Gang. Several attempts made by her on the awareness of stalker and the Gangers were pushed out and she was forced to continue the treatment of Psychosis as stopping the medicines abruptly was resulting in looped thoughts and brain fogs. Several attempts made by sending notes to the stalker through her various contacts were turned down, however, the Stalker and the Gangsters cyberbullied her on social media by clips and messages. Disrespect was served to her by means of Watsapp messages. Face to face humiliation and disrespect was served in the various community events/meetings that she attended.

Her laptop and mobile data is being hacked, Her WhatsApp and FB chats are hacked. Medical records destroyed and manipulated. The online petition on change.org was initiated 2 weeks before to put an end to Bullying, Stalking and especially Cyberbullying because I believe it’s not just her, but many people in various sections of our country are going through such serious issues.

The interesting U-turn in this case after I made this online petition are many and to be noted: -

1.       An appeal made to the Membership Committee of her Apartment complex for support on revealing the identity of the person was put down.

2.       An apartment complex which houses more than 500 residents, where the victim has been living for more than 12 years.

3.  The Victim on behalf of the residents had started an online petition last year on behalf of the residents got more than 6k signatures and won justice.

4.  This time, both the MC, as well as residents, did not participate in this petition and only 2 residents sign the online petition?  What kind of influence does the stalker have on them?

5.       Edits to the petition made by removing the updates, making it as a general petition did not change the number of people coming forward to sign the petition.

6.       Watsapp admin of multiple groups which the victim is part of and as well as Individuals came forward and discouraged the petition.

7.       Accusations are being made of the victim suffering from Psychosis and depression

8.       It is interesting to note that an online petition which was more aligned to an overall purpose of Bullying, Cyber Bullying and Stalking, just receives only 55 signatures, when there were 565 views and 59 shares of the Petition

9.       Close contacts which spoke about the stalker, involvement of Gangsters, talked about the judgements and humiliation treated by them to the Victim in the Past, is now quiet and stopped communication with the Victim.

10.       Victim’s family is also pressurized to join the Gangsters, accusing the Victim citing reasons for Mental Health.

11.       Individuals confessing about imposes made on them from external sources.
