Haryana Legislative Assembly passed bill on Prohibition on slaughtering of Cow progeny, which is not yet notified, likewise Haryana separated from Punjab in 1966 but both states doesn't have their Independent capital, whereas many more states have their own capitals, which were separated after Haryana, hence Kadyan Khap International demands Independent capital for Haryana and ask the Government, to notify the bill.
