Love is not tourism.

We are a binational couple who currently reside in Taiwan and Vietnam. Same as many other couple, we have been separated due to the pandemic for 4 months now; according to what we witness, these two countries are one of the best on controlling the global pandemic, now they still do not allow any tourism but except for business and official family members visiting.

However, love is not tourism, couples who are not officially married, who live together or having children together should be consider as official family members if can provide proof.
