Reduce neet pg percentile to 15 percentile like last year to prevent pg seat wastage

Please consider our request and help us.
We are doctors who appeared NEET PG exam in January and every year after the 2nd round of counselling they reduce the eligibility percentile which was 50 at the start.

Our issues are
Arbitrary reduction in cut off percentile to 6
Opacity of counseling procedure and examination
>1:1000 doctor patient ratio in India and still creating a specialist gap
Apathy of govt toward allopathic doctors
Failing health care system to propagate bridge course

Our request is on the basis of data of last 3 years-
1 .In 2017 total seats left after 2nd counselling was 3316, after reduction of 7.5 percentile ,there were1129 seats left after MOP-UP rounds
2.In 2018 seats left after 2nd counselling were 2103 and after reduction of 15 percentile 306

It was very evident from previous year that despite reducing neet qualifying to 35 percentile Considerable number of seats were wasted.
BOG MCI have failed misreable to address the issue of post graduate seat wastage.

NDA of Neet Pg examination makes all the more tough for us to judge the outcomes

States like UP and MP didn't even release a seat matrix and conducted two rounds of counseling.

Further to add our support
This year MID YEAR DNB(an entrance exam conducted in mid june ) was also cancelled with last minute notice crushing our hopes even further.
There are already shortage of medical personnel in Non-clinical departments which forms the base for the first two years of UG course, hence affecting the very core of the medical system.

It was expected that this year there would be improvement in counselling process to offer fair chances to meritorious students,
Fair exam would be conducted.

Due to such arbitrary decision
Aspirants are devoid of getting admissions in post graduate courses and sustaining their families hence increasing the economical burden.

And because of such impromptu decision where it leaves medical aspirants no choice than to waste a year mental health is hampered beyond repair and have lead to extreme steps in last like ending their lives.

This kind of counselling is exepcted to favour unaided Colleges which will be charging exorbitant fee and donation when seats will be transfered for institute level mop up and encourages economic harassment of Aspirants.

And lastly We wish to highlight the issue of selective apathy towards allopathic trained doctors.
Putting best years to study medicine and serve mankind doctors are facing horrible decision made by narrow sighted policy makers.

OUR DEMANDS-

1.FURTHER REDUCTION IN NEET PG PERCENTILE
2.LESS WASTAGE OF POST GRADUATE SEATS
3.MORE NUMBER OF DOCTORS SHOULD GET CHANCE FOR HIGHER STUDIES
