MBM (Mugneeram Bangur Memorial) Engineering College is a pioneer Institute situated in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It was established on 15th August 1951 by the Government of Rajasthan after receiving initial funding from Shri Ramcoover Bangur of Didwana. MBM Engineering college has had a glorious past where it's students excelled and achieved tremendous heights in their career. As on today, Alumni of MBM Engineering college has spread across the world and making their Alma Mater proud and profound. Almost every top Organisation having presence in the country has Alumni of MBM working at a top position. 
But in the recent past due to carelessness and ignorance of University Administration, quality of Education has deteriorated drastically. Though, MBM gets intake of brilliant students all across the country but due to lack of proper infrastructure and faculties, situation has become grave. Even AICTE has given a deadline till 2018 to improve the basic infrastructure facilities and curriculam  including recrruitment of full time faculties; not being able to fulfil these conditions MBM will be barred from taking admission in the next academic year.
Now, We appeal to all MBMites to come together to save our Alma Mater. To sign this petition for making MBM an autonomous body, so that the funds collected for the college may be utilised transparently and to improve the much needed facilities. It's not just about the Money, it requires our love and care too. We have been given so much in life by our beloved MBM. It's time to payback. Are we ready ???
