The Costa Coffee branch on the Corniche right by the Sheraton was once a Taco Bell, around 14 years ago. Sadly though, the American fast-food chain has shut down and has no branches left in Doha. Its memory is still etched on our minds, and our cravings for their burritos continue.

This is why I've decided to start this petition. Many people living in Qatar miss Taco Bell, and feel the need for it to make a reappearance in the country. As well as the fact that many people did not have a chance to try it before it shut down, over a decade ago. 

I think that if Taco Bell reopened right now, it would have a much larger fan-base than it used to back in the day, as the chain is very popular now, and the demand of fast-food and Mexican food is much higher currently.
