HI everyone. I would like to take this opportunity to THANK YOU for your support thus far. I would urge and encourage you to share my post when you have signed to spread it further across the country and perhaps the world. People with Learning Disabilities deserve better than what I had to endure. The Sea Cadets is the 3rd organisation where I was unfairly dismissed from. I lost over £2,000 from my own money prosecuting one of the former organisations I volunteered for because of my disability.

This petition will guarantee the change we so desperately need for the welfare of our future children when they become adults in the volunteer sector. There are no guaranteed protections for those with disability and despicable  grounds that have no weight cause for dismissal with no advantage for the vulnerable.
