All our lives are dependent on internet in one way or other. Most of us are working from home and Internet is needed to connect with friends, colleagues or send a mail to your clients and Boss.

If you are a student , you probably are using internet to attend your classes or if you want to learn something from youtube, you need the internet. But most of us are not getting what we deserve.How do you feel when Network is down or unable to call, or frequent call drops are there. How frustrating it is to be out from a zoom call multiple times as your internet speed keeps fluctuating.

I have been feeling really frustrated as most of the time internet speed is low. I am working from my home in village due to covid and Mobile internet is the only option to access the internet and most of the time, the speed is not up-to mark. I have multiple Sim Cards ( VI, JIO, AIrtel) and have internet pack in all of them but still sometimes unable to connect with people for work due to congestion in network.

Its really impossible to reach out the telecom companies as IVR never lets you connect with the real person on customer support and if by any chance you get past all of it, the customer support gives you a scripted answer and they take a complaint but even after multiple complaints the problems are not solved.

So We need TRAI to fix the minimum internet speed of 4G network as it has been decided for broadband.

2. Problem resolution should be provided within a time frame.
