Dear Sirs,  

The following video shows an asiatic buffalo tied to a pole and smashed by two people with machetes every time he turns around. At the end, the buffalo becomes exhausted and dies of hemorrhage,  extreme pain and tiredness in front of a significant audiance. 

Rumor has it that this sadistic practice is said to be common in your esteemed country. Therefore, I kindly ask you to find and charge those sadistic criminals and their abettors with heavy penalty in order to show to your people and the people of the world that such crimes should be punished at all costs.
