There is a general concern growing by the public that stray dogs and cats that are being handed over to SPCA for finding suitable adoption, have been put to sleep rather than finding families for them.

We are kindly asking The Ministry of Agriculture      Hq Raiwaqa to look into this with URGENCY along with the general running of the place.
