The Issue
Not for the first time the official Minsk is behaving like a common criminal, keeping hostages, in order to sell them the world community.
Therefore the invitation of President of the Republic of Belarus A.Lukashenka and Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makey and others who are banned from the entry of EU looks like a concession to the criminals.
