A country like Spain should not go down to the catacombs of a medieval justice system. In May 2013 the judge Manuel Pinar sentenced them in the first trial for threatening and pressuring an establishment owner for not joining a strike. The public prosecutor pledged for a sentence "is an intimidating question for those who overstep the right to strike". The judgment is final.
