En muchas ocasiones la Autovía A7, en el tramo Fuengirola-Riviera del Sol-Marbella, sufre retenciones o tráfico muy intenso debido a obras y sobre todo a accidentes. No es aceptable que no se libere el peaje cuando concurren dichas circunstancias. Es un coste menor para las arcas públicas pero además redunda en la seguridad vial y evitaríamos situaciones como la imposibilidad de circular los servicios de emergencia durante los atascos.

Y debiera alertarse visualmente y a tiempo, en las entradas de Marbella, Riviera del Sol y Fuengirola, la liberación del peaje cuando se habilite en las circunstancias mencionadas.

Atendiendo a esta demanda conseguiremos usar una alternativa existente y evitar todos los inconvenientes.
