Dear Minister ;                                                                                                                                        Iam writting with anglish ,about the health situation , of Mr Patricio Galvez. He is a swedish citizen, who has not been admitted to the hospital, despite   to present the disease of the coronavirus..It presents a clinical sintomatology of high temperatures, cough, dyspnea, extreme tiredness, and his life is in danger. It seems incomprehensible to me, that the Sweden that stands out for being a country that protects and care his citizens. Patricio Galvez he is not receiving  a treatment, in an hospital to mitigate his symptoms, who every day are damaging  his health. Is the swedish government, and the health minister waiting that  Patricio will have pneumonia and other complications?  It is an human right, to receive dignified and timely medical care .We are not trans-market beings. No less a goverment like yours can put the life of Mr Patricio Galvez. in high l risk .He cant  wait more. Each day he is feeling worst. You can not compromise the health of any citizen. He needs medical support now. Tomorrow  will be late.It is imperative that Patricio be received in an hospital and appropiate medical care.  He needs medical support now. I live in Chile and for me its inhuman this situation., and difficult to understand.
