Rapes in India must stop. We need to change the law and make it a non bailable offence. Secondly, when any minor is  raped the case must automatically  be included in " the rarest of rare category " of offence and be punished by death sentence. Another category that needs to be awarded death sentence is "gang rape ". 

More than 50% rapes are committed on minors as they are easy targets and most vulnerable. Moreover Gang rape is becoming more and more common and should shake up the consciousness of any civilized nation. Sadly Indian government is not taking these crimes in the " rarest of rare category". In both these types of rapes Death Sentence is the only punishment we demand.

No woman is safe in India today. People no longer are shocked by rape...it has become so common. But remember... Anyone can be a target anywhere any time ...let's take action and force the government to change the law to stop rapes. 

It was done three decades ago to stop dowry deaths. Dowry deaths were controlled by changing the law . We can stop rapes by changing the law.
