With the signing of agreements with Chinese investors to develop the Hambantota District the Government has agreed to issue 100,000 visas to the Chinese workers.

If Killing and Eating Dogs is not made illegal in Sri Lanka there is nothing to stop them killing and eating any dog in this country, be it a pet dog or a stray.
