We are  a Brazilian family living in  NZ since 2017. My wife and I recently were granted the Work to Residency Visa, however; our beloved daughter Micaela Valente Moura Galvao had her Visa based on my application denied because she is on the Autism Spectrum classified as moderate. She is a happy kid, loving and kind, creative. She’s studying at Takapuna primary school, loves arts and doing TikTok videos about one of her passions: pets. As a family we are heartbroken and desperate. Micaela cannot imagine having to leave NZ and leave her friends at school behind.  Despite of writing for a reconsideration letter, we do not have any idea whether they will accept to grant my daughter a Visa based on my application.
