To stay and live in Australia

To stay and live in Australia
Why this petition matters
Been living here with my wife and son, my son was 4 years old when we moved here and turns 11 in July. I moved to Australia in 2014 and took a overseas cert III in bricklaying/blocklaying, on completion of this I did my qualification through Training Recognition and completed that! For me to pass both of the above I worked for my father who has been a bricklayer for around 40 years, I went onto the next stage of the process which was to get a sponsored visa, for me to get this my father was willing to sponsor myself (which included my wife and son) but his nomination was refused, he appealed and went to the AAT (Tribunal), once again he was refused on a matter that his sponsor nomination was to validate his son and they said it was not acceptable as he only opened a position in his business, now he is going to federal court on his final appeal, however as soon as my father’s nomination was refused the immigration/home affairs/ government refused my visa, in the meantime I have found another sponsor who has been accepted to sponsor myself however I have to leave the country to put in my application to get onto his sponsorship (however not sure if I would be accepted, can’t exactly go anywhere while COVID is a worldwide pandemic and if I did leave they will not allow me to re - enter), so nearly 7 years and over $100,000 in visa, courses, school fees, taxes, the list goes on, if my father appeal gets refused in may I have 28 days to depart Australia where I have nowhere to go as we made this our home and my sons schooling and education will be put at risk,
all I am is asking is for an exemption to process the same visa through a different sponsor as a bricklayer which is in major demand here in Perth? Not asking for much at all just my visa to be sorted so I can stay with my family who are Australian citizens, keep my son in his school which covers his education since he was 4 and to be able to carry on presenting my ability as a bricklayer and help towards the major shortage we have not just in Perth but the whole of Australia
