Assistance Dogs save Hundreds of Thousands of pounds in Social Care and NHS Continuing Care Each week. So Why are these Highly trained dogs NOT being included in Care Plans ? My Dog is recognised by Medical Staff for the physical and emotional support he gives me 24 hours per day, so why aren't Social Workers and Managers taking this into consideration ? I have the right to live my life as independently as possible. My Assistance dog Kongston provides me with 24 hour care so why won't Managers recognise that Kongston is currently saving them thousands of pounds each month.
