People sitting in NIC Delhi have made NIC their fiefdom ,where they will do whatever they want .Current transfer policy  which is being followed is ineffective and which doesn't cater to the real problems people are facing.

People in NIC Delhi do  not want fair and transparent transfer policy to be framed and implemented as they are afraid of being posted to other places which is against the Guidelines drafted by DOPT for rotational transfer.

Other departments have different rules for people posted in J&K ,North East and Andaman Nicobar islands but there are no such rules in NIC.

Moreover transfers are being done if you have approach to politicians and other senior authorities in the government.Those who are posted in Hard Locations are left to just rot and they are mocked if they raise their voice.

Those sitting in Delhi and those in states who got posting at their home location at the time of joining have not seen a single transfer in their entire career.

Ironically those employees who have joined recently are given postings to those places where many employees are seeking transfer to which clearly shows foul play involved and also it has become a  breeding ground for corruption.

Most of these issues can be resolved internally but are not being done which reflects lack of leadership skills due to personal gains involved.

Therefore i request you to sign this petition if you want rules to be implemented and followed as per the DOPT guidelines.
