We, the mining engineers of CIL in E6 grade are highly aggrieved and demoralized with the injustice and indifferent treatment by the CIL management in our promotion from E6 to E7 for so many years. Mining discipline officers, who have been promoted from E5 to E6 in the year 2004 and onwards, have not been promoted to E7 grade up to the year 2017, whereas other discipline officers who got the promotion in E6 Grade, even in the year 2009, have already been promoted from E6 to E7. We demand immediate justice and making us at par with other Discipline promoted in the same batch and giving the seniority accordingly so that we can work with dignity.
