Name New Vadodara airport terminal as "Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad International Airport"
The Issue
A new international airport has been built at Vadodara. It should be named "Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad International Airport"
Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad, Baroda was a people’s king. He was a legend and a visionary. No other single person in India would contributed so much for welfare of people as Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad did. Such was the impact and influence of his work that people can experience it even now, more then 100 years later.
Its a very small way to recognise and honour Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad truly a legend and visionary of modern India.
