LUKE - TREATED OR NOT - that is the question We have a strange tale of Luke and his care being linked to a well known and respected Vet in Cork. As you can see in the ss below, Gilabbey did not have Luke as a patient as claimed by AHAR, nor was he down for a scan on the 4th Jan as they indeed were unable to provide such, as they had no machine until the 11th. We also note that in a later post by AHAR that Vet Shane from Gilabbeys is mentioned yet again. We would be very doubtful that a Vet would put their professional reputation on the line and would recommend medication to an animal they have not seen nor treated. We then have the receipt from Sunbeam which is indeed intriguing. However, the receipt is no proof that Luke was treated, if indeed it was AHAR that paid the account. An itemised invoice which would name the account holder and animal treated would count as proof - not a receipt. Also failure to show an itemised bill - does AHAR have something to hide? One wonders if Sunbeam would confirm publicly on AHAR's behalf that they did indeed treat Luke? Sadly Luke died whilst in the current Manager's "special" care. A dog prone to seizures, not provided with a quiet environment and 24/7 attention. Impossible with the Manager being at the Farm during the day and the menagerie of animals that they have at their home.
