Is THIS Rescue? The AHAR Transporter has been used as a holding pen for (supposedly) quarantined dogs and as temporary housing when they go over their quota of 60 dogs, which they frequently do. Dogs in the transporter are often left in the dark without fresh air, exercise, or human company. When the transporter doors are open, anyone can walk in. There is no notice to say its a Quarantine. No disinfectant for shoes. No shoe coverings. Do they clean and disinfect this adequately before they use it as overflow housing or transport? There have been reports of dogs sick with the contagious and deadly parvovirus arriving to adopters.
