To have a board appointed to create, enforce and monitor doggy daycares.  

This industry is currently unregulated.   As we know from the stories that came out in the past few weeks,  the mistreatment of dogs at some of these sites is not acceptable.   

Due to the fact there are no regulations,  little can be done about these situations.   Anyone can open a doggy daycare,  they don't need to have any experience working with dogs or certification.   This needs to change.  

Our dogs can't speak, we need to be their voice.
