I have discovered that the guidelines for Civil Judges are not being adhered to they are not impartial and are blatantly biased in their judgements. My ex wife a court officer with the secret childrens courts. Has manipulated our divorce case and settlement by insisting that I attend the Dartford County Court for settlement hearings where it was ruled that despite her leaving me in 2007 and not having paid any of the mortgage for 5 years , or having invested any money into the home, she is not liable for the payments. Despite having recieved offers to buy the house at a reasonable price she insists on selling it to a property developer for £25,000 less than equivalent houses a few yards away are selling for, with the express intention of making me homeless and penniless. The court has signed the transfer deed as I refused to, and plans to evict me. She has worked at Dartford Court for several years and has even manipulated a small claims court action for her half of the mortgage payments away from Medway Court to Bromley Court then added to divorce proceeding where one her best pals dismissed the claim.They are holding hearings and making judgements without me being informed or present. This is in my opinion total corruption that allows friends and work colleagues to manipulate and influence the court hearings and rulings . Simply because when I reported this to the Police they said its not criminal so none of their concern. This is an uncontested divorce and I havent claimed a penny off her, and I actually caught her out which was why she left, no violence, no drugs , no alchohol. No reason to be this badly treated. How would you like it if your ex made you attend a hearing with his or her work mates at their place of work. Fair Impartial Forget it ! This corruption needs to be cleared up and using existing rules for criminal cases is the way to do it.
