The legislation is outdated and there needs to be some changes! Parents with 50/50 shouldn’t be providing a lifestyle for the other parent who makes the choice to quit their job and a parent shouldn’t be able to walk away from their children and find loop holes to avoid having to support their children whilst having a lavish lifestyle and never seeing them!! Big changes need to be made! It’s not the fault of the children that their parents couldn’t work it out!! Support the change and bring in new legislation that protects the parents with integrity actually doing the honourable thing!
