The forest fires in Uttarakhand are spreading rapidly without check. There are a total of 1493 fires spread over 1960 hectares of forest land as of May 29, 2019.

Train and equip the villagers with fire fighting gear and equipment.

The Govt should deploy air borne fire brigades like they do in developed countries to control bush fires.
