Problem
Glowing obsidian looks really cool but it is not in the game and nether portals need to look cooler (more distinguishable)

Solution
If Mojang changed obsidian to become glowing obsidian everytime a nether portal was made on it, nether portals would look cooler and glowing obsidian could be in the game. However, if the portal is destoryed then the glowing obsidian returns to normal. (But in creative it will be an obtainable (possibly secret) block))
