Over the last 2 years, the company Razer has neglected Mac Users. They did this by creating software called Synapse 3 (which is still in beta) which they have said will not be running on Mac Devices. This excludes mac users from purchasing any recent products and has not been explicitly shared on their main sources of media leaving Mac users confused and patiently waiting for nothing.

I recently bought items from Razer, because it assures you on the website that they are compatible with Mac. This is only true to an extent. Yes, we can use the keyboards to type... but they are for gaming. Which leaves us with just an overpriced keyboard at the end of the day. 

I would like there to be a release of Synapse 3. I think this is only fair on Mac OS users who have purchased the products under the companies insurance that our items will be compatible. I would also like them to explicitly tell us if they plan to drop Mac OS for all future products. This only seems fair on me and the many other customers who have waited for 2 years for products we bought to work.
