On Wednesday 24 October, MK Council passed a motion calling for a People's Vote on the final Brexit deal (or No Deal) with an Option to Remain!

The final votes cast were 32 in favour of the motion, 20 against.

This happened as a result of great cross party support from Labour and Lib Dem councillors. The only votes against were from Tory councillors.

And remember, in 2016, MK voted Leave by 52% to 48%.

The tide has turned! We're winning this!

Thanks a million to you and over 500 others for signing the petition and for sharing it with your friends and family. Thanks also to all of those who wrote to their councillors, to those who turned up at the Council offices, to those who asked questions and submitted the petition, and especially to those who spoke in the debate from the public gallery. You were all MAGNIFICENT! What a team!

Together, we are strong! Together, we can win this! Together, we will stop the catastrophe of Brexit.
