Save Hauke Park from High-Density Development!

The City of Mill Valley is planning a 40-unit, 4-story structure at 1 Hamilton Dr. in the parking lot of Hauke Park!

The City has NO PLAN for: Traffic • Safety • Parking • Environmental Impact

On June 21st there is a City Council meeting to push this development forward

We call on the Mill Valley Housing Advisory Committee and Mill Valley City Council to:

• Stop High-Density Development at all City Parks and Open Space
• Address the traffic and public safety impact of this building project
• Maintain the core values set by City of Mill Valley and the City Council:

• The health and safety of residents
• Preservation of our vibrant community that respects Mill Valley's small town character
• A healthy natural environment with emphasis on conservation, open space, climate protection and sustainability
