Construction started on county road

There’s an un paved portion of county road that has been cleared by the LaPorte highway department. This cost $0 and people are free to walk/ride bikes at their own risk. The current trail ends right before the marsh. We are hoping to extend a raised bridge over the marsh connecting to 200s.
