This case is important because it involves a child. The child was found hanging by the neck from a swing set. He had contusions on his head, a whip mark on his face, his shoes were missing and replaced with someone elses that were not his size, and his grave site was desecrated after his burial. All of the people who know him believe that he was not depressed even though his death was ruled a suicde. Evidence clearly suggests that is not the case.
