Im starting a petition to get magistrate Robert Crowe and attorney Allen Welch stripped of their duties in this case and safety for the family. Allen Welch is the guardian in this divorce case. Since day one he has been on the fathers side and has been very rude to the mother and her side. The father abused the 2 children who are 3 and 5 years old and the mother and has threatened to kill them. He has 2 charges of domestic violence one was pleaded down one was convicted. The father has hit his son leaving black and blue marks and called him a piece of shit. His son also has adhd and adj disorder.  His daughter has described a sexual assault to multiple people and both children have told of a gun they were threatened to be shot in the face with. Allen Welch has been fighting to get the father more parenting time even though the kids continuously come back saying they were physically and sexually abused. Mr Welch has been bias since day one and also knew the fathers family before the case happened. The magistrate Robert Crowe gave all the guns to the father even the ones in the mothers name leaving her defenseless and also ignored all of the fathers contempt of court due to the father not being able to be served after giving 2 false addresses in court. He found the mother guilty of contempt of court for not taking the children to visitation while the father was arrested for his 3rd ovi and child endangering of his girlfriends child along with an arrest warrant for not complying with his domestic violence charges orders and serving 30 days in jail. The magistrate also back dated court orders just so the father would not be in contempt of court. I think it's time to let everyone see how corrupt the court is in Hancock county Ohio. Anytime the fathers family gets charged with something the charged get dropped which they claim they are related to the head sheriff of the county. There is also a cpo on the father but the magistrate modified it to where he can text her for emergencies and be at the pick up and drop offs. How is that keeping them safe.
